Digital Leaders is an experiential learning programme that develops personal and collective capabilities in innovation and leadership. Designed for CEOs and Senior Executives on how to drive deeper understanding of technologies and their impact on business, leadership and personal mindsets.
The curriculum looks beyond technology alone, covering essential learning modules including empathy, pattern recognition, creativity, adaptability and leadership; asking participants to transform their mindsets before they can transform their organisation.
Through an iterative, prototype-led approach; the multidisciplinary team including project writers, designers and developers designed all parts of the experience from the curriculum, learning materials, activities, events, branding; through to platform UX and functionality.
